Gem State Is a Residential Rehabilitation Agency

That provides residential habilitation in warm, agency-operated shared homes across the Treasure Valley. This program is for adults with disabilities that qualify within the DD program. You will live with 1–3 carefully matched roommates and receive 24/7 support from trained, background-checked staff. Our care is person-centered, family-inclusive, and offered in your preferred language - so daily life feels safe, dignified, and connected to community.

From the first assessment to move-in, Gem State made everything clear and stress-free.
